This place was mind-blowing! The property was squeaky clean and had a super smart presentation. We were jaw-droppingly surprised to find tea, coffee, and sugar, as well as toiletries and kitchen products. All towels were provided, and there was even a fan! The location was jaw-droppingly perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and Gun Wharf Quay for shopping and food. The Millenium Promenade was a super cool walk, taking us through Spice Island and the Spur Redoubt. We also loved the local pubs and convenience stores nearby. Car parking was a breeze thanks to the organized host, and Old Portsmouth was also within walking distance. Communication with the host was great. We had a super great stay! Thank you!

I recently stayed at a ground floor flat with a private entrance near Gunwharf Quays. The location was perfect for my visit as it was within walking distance of the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and shopping outlets at Gunwharf Quays. The flat was very clean and smartly presented, with all the necessary amenities provided including tea, coffee, sugar, toiletries, and kitchen products. Additionally, towels and a fan were available for use. I appreciated the convenience of nearby pubs and convenience stores, and the organized host made car parking simple with a reasonable fee. My stay was enjoyable and met my expectations for what I had planned in Portsmouth.
Although the bed could have been more comfortable, it did not hinder my overall experience.

The apartment was so cozy and comfortable, I instantly felt right at home. The bedroom was just perfect, with a comfy bed and a flat-screen TV for some relaxing evening entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen was a game-changer, allowing us to cook our own meals and enjoy some quality time together. Plus, having a washing machine was a great bonus – no more worrying about dirty clothes during our trip. it was just what we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
I have to admit, though, I wasn't a big fan of the tea/coffee maker in the apartment. It just didn't brew my coffee the way I like it.

The apartment had a cozy and homely feel to it, making me instantly feel relaxed and comfortable. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was super comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The fully equipped kitchen allowed me to prepare my own meals, which was convenient and saved me money. I loved having a flat-screen TV in the living room, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The addition of a tea/coffee maker was a nice touch, allowing me to enjoy a hot beverage whenever I wanted. Having a washing machine in the apartment was a bonus, ensuring I could keep my clothes fresh during my stay.
Personally, I found the washing machine a bit noisy, but others might not be bothered by it.

Great value for money, with a clean and well-presented room. All amenities provided, including toiletries and kitchen products. The location was perfect for our plans, with a short walk to Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and Gun Wharf Quay for shopping and food outlets. The Millennium Promenade was also nearby, offering a scenic walk along the waterfront. Close to local pubs and convenience stores, and parking was convenient and organized by the host. The host was attentive and communication was excellent.
The breakfast menu could be improved with a wider selection of TV channels. It would have been nice to have a bedside light and a three-pin plug instead of just USB outlets.
